AZZA Gaming PC — Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Effective Date: March 12, 2026
Applies To: All new AZZA Gaming PC systems purchased directly from AZZAGamingPC.ca by customers in Canada. (Policy subject to change without notice)

1. Overview

1.1 This 1-Year Limited Warranty, Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all new AZZA Gaming PC systems sold directly through AZZAGamingPC.ca.

1.2 If you purchased an AZZA Gaming PC from an authorized third-party retailer, your warranty rights are provided by that retailer, not by AZZA Gaming PC.

1.3 This Policy is intended to comply with applicable Canadian and Ontario laws, including the Sale of Goods Act, the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000 (Ontario). Where any provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory statutory right, the applicable law prevails.

1.4 Nothing in this Policy limits or waives any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. One-Year Limited Warranty

2.1 The period of this warranty lasts 1 year, and is based on the original invoice purchase date.

2.2 This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable, except where transfer is required by applicable law.

3. Warranty Coverage

3.1 This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in the hardware components of the prebuilt AZZA Gaming PC system under normal, intended use.

3.2 Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, AZZA Gaming PC will, as the primary remedy:

  • (a) Repair the defective component(s); or

  • (b) Replace the system with a comparable model, subject to parts availability.

3.3 Where a direct replacement part or system is unavailable, AZZA Gaming PC will provide a functionally comparable alternative of equal or greater value.

3.4 AZZA Gaming PC will assess each claim to determine whether the reported issue qualifies as a covered defect and will communicate its determination in writing within a reasonable time.

3.5 The following actions will void warranty coverage:

  • (a) Evidence of unauthorized modification, physical tampering, or disassembly beyond user-serviceable components

  • (b) Use of the system for crypto currency mining or other non-consumer workloads

  • (c) Liquid damage caused by the customer

  • (d) Removal, alteration, or damage to serial number labels or security seals

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • (a) Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, power surges, inadequate ventilation, or improper installation or handling after delivery

  • (b) Damage resulting from overclocking, unauthorized firmware or BIOS modifications, or operation outside manufacturer-published specifications

  • (c) Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

  • (d) Software, operating systems, applications, drivers, or loss/corruption of data

  • (e) Third-party parts not originally installed by AZZA Gaming PC (e.g., user-installed RAM, GPU, or storage upgrades)

  • (f) Damage to the system occurring during return shipping due to inadequate packaging by the customer

5. Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Policy

5.1 If your system arrives non-functional or with a critical hardware defect within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date, it qualifies as Dead-on-Arrival (DOA).

5.2 Upon verification of a DOA claim by AZZA Gaming PC, the customer is entitled to a full replacement of the system. A repair may be offered as an alternative only with the customer's consent.

5.3 AZZA Gaming PC will cover all shipping costs (both inbound and outbound) for confirmed DOA claims.

The following is a voluntary change-of-mind return policy offered by AZZA Gaming PC for purchases made directly on AZZAGamingPC.ca:

6.5 Inspection & Right to Refuse: All returned systems will be inspected and tested upon receipt. AZZA Gaming PC reserves the right to refuse a return if the system is found to have missing components or has been damaged. In such cases, the customer will be notified in writing and the system will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

6.6 Final Sale Items: Products clearly labeled "Final Sale — No Returns" at checkout (including clearance items and custom-configured systems) are not eligible for return, to the extent permitted by law.
