At AZZA Gaming, we are committed to delivering high-performance gaming PCs to customers across Canada in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping terms below:

 


 

Order Processing

Most in-stock gaming PCs are processed within 2 business days from our warehouse located in Markham, Ontario. During periods of high order volume or limited stock availability, processing times may extend up to 4 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday only.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

 


 

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Orders are shipped via standard shipping services. Delivery is typically expected within 2–6 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery times may vary based on your shipping address and regional courier timelines.

 


 

Shipping Coverage

AZZA Gaming ships to customers across all Canadian provinces and territories.

  • Free standard shipping is available to all provinces.

  • For orders shipped to Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut, only expedited shipping options are available, with fees calculated at checkout.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Orders destined for remote or hard-to-service areas may be subject to cancellation if courier surcharges or logistical constraints arise.

 


 

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple systems or components, it may ship in separate packages. Each package will follow standard shipping timelines. If your order is split, we recommend contacting our support team for any additional tracking details.

 


 

Delivery Inspection & Support

Upon delivery, please inspect your package and contents carefully. If there are any issues, such as missing items, damage in transit, or incorrect products, contact our support team within 30 days of your delivery date.
