Return & Warranty Policy – AZZA Gaming PC

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and warranty policies below, specifically designed for high-performance gaming systems.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your gaming PC to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The PC must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Returned systems will be inspected upon arrival. A restocking fee may apply if the product shows signs of use or damage.

  • After 30 days, we will fix or exchange your gaming PC 

To initiate a return, email us at azzagamingpc@gmail.com with your order details. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. - should we create another email for returns ? like returns@azzagamingpc.ca or we can’t create extra emails ?

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item.
We will provide full instructions and an RMA number once your return is authorized.

3-Year Limited Warranty

All Azza Gaming PCs come with a 3-year hardware warranty, which covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in components

  • System stability issues caused by hardware failure

  • Replacement or repair of faulty parts (labor included)

Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling

  • Software issues or third-party software conflicts

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

For warranty support, contact azzagamingpc@gmail.com with a description of the issue and your serial number.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your PC upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or repair as needed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Customized builds or special orders

  • Sale items or promotional bundles

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different model or configuration, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
